Our cancellation policy is lenient and simple. It provides flexibility and peace of mind in a world where tomorrow is not as certain as today.

You will receive 100% credit toward any future river trip…

• If for any reason you are unable to join your trip. Notification is required by phone or Live Chat during business hours, at least 3 days prior to the departure date.
• If for any reason we are unable to run your trip. Possible causes might include water flows, fire/smoke, insufficient reservations, and other unlikely adverse circumstances.
