- If for any reason you are unable to join your trip. Notification is required by phone or Live Chat during business hours, at least 3 days prior to the departure date.
- If for any reason we are unable to run your trip. Possible causes might include water flows, fire/smoke, insufficient reservations, and other unlikely adverse circumstances.
