This was the fifth time I have been rafting with All Outdoors, and once again I had a fantastic day! I always feel safe and the guides are knowledgeable and experienced.. and fun! Lunch was yummy.. and the adrenaline rush... YES! So much Fun! Every time I go rafting I wonder why it takes me so long to book another trip.. .the scenery of the river is so beautiful.. and its not a long drive from the bay area.. easy overnight in Auburn. Just go! you will love it!!
All-Outdoors is a great company. They're large enough to raft most of the major northern California rivers, but they are also family-owned and small enough that every trip (I've now done 4) feels like a special outing. The guides are a lot of fun and always professional and safe.
This was my eighth raft trip and probably the best. Safety was a definite priority which helped me to relax and enjoy the thrill of the rapids. Everyone was super friendly. They were all knowledgeable about the river and local lore. The guide was in charge without being nasty. He corrected us when needed and gave praise where praise was due. My three adult kids and I all had a terrific time.
Sivi was our guide. He was polite and fun and always concerned for safety of all rafters. My husband, twin boys and I have used All Outdoors for rafting before and I was just as impressed at their planning and meal and the whole experience this time. I felt well taken care of and enjoyed the time with my family and with All Outdoors.
For once I didn't have to say ""Kids put down our phones"" We had a great time and we got to spend some real time together as a family. God was definitely showing off the day he created this area. What a passionate company about providing a great and safe experience on the American River. Good guide program (we had a guide in training in our raft). The paddle was entertaining enough for experienced river goers as well as those new to rafting. Our guide encouraged engagement and showed authority at exactly the right moments. We would raft with AO again. Well done!
We really enjoyed the whole trip guided by Dave. Not only it was super fun, what you never forget, but additionally we learned something about the history of gold mining around Auburn. I really liked the team spirit and atmosphere. Thx Dave!
This was our 2nd trip out as a family. First was four years prior. This last trip was more than expected. The scenery, The water, food, guides (Erica, Cory) All combined made it a very pleasurely outing. This is my third time using AO. Company. And I will continue to use them again. Infact !We plan to come back next year. everything went great. And next year we will bring 3 newcomerswith us to experience the thrill. Once again Great Job Erica, Cory. And Tell Luis to get better at his coffee ok, Cause we (The Vega 5) will be gunnng for him. Thanks. Date of Rafting tour was July 25,26 2012.
Everything was great. We went with our entire family (6 in all) to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We have done several trips with All Outdoors, and have always been well pleased. The guides are all knowledgable and fun; Britt was our guide this time and made the trip even more fun. And to top it all off, they served cupcakes at lunch in honor of our anniversary. It was a perfect day.
A great way to build camaraderie. Our tour guide, Brit, was awesome at her job and enjoyable to be around. Food was great!
