When you purchase one of the PRIVATE CHARTER TRIPS listed you get an EXCLUSIVE trip for your group! You also SAVE a significant amount of money. The efficiency of running trips at the specific group sizes listed, means we can pass our operational savings on to you. Do the math and see that you will save 24% to 30% over Regular Price, and 9% to 15% over our Group Discount while getting a private trip just for your group!
All spaces for each Charter Trip size must be purchased with one payment at the time your reservation is made. Utilizing all the spaces on your trip is not required, but will result in the greatest savings. You may want to purchase a Charter Trip for a smaller group of people than the Charter Trip size to assure a private adventure for just you and your friends, family, and/or co-workers!
If your group grows beyond your initial Private Charter Trip size, additional spaces may be added based on availability. However, because extra spaces affect the efficiency of the trip, you must pay for a minimum of four additional spaces at Regular Price (listed above) unless the number of spaces you want to add are eligible for a Group Rate Discount or the next Charter Rate size. We suggest you compare our Group Discount Rates to be sure that a Private Charter Trip best serves your needs.

Due to the nature of Private "Charter" Trips and the type of discount represented, there are no refunds or future trip credits given for individual spaces not utilized. If you cancel your entire reservation the normal All-Outdoors cancellation policy applies.
