ITINERARY FOR Lower middle FORK Half-DAY RAFTING TRIPS:

Meet: Noon
Hour One: Sign-in, bus ride
Hour Two: Instruction, practice
Hour Two-Five: Class I & II rapids
Hour Six: Take-out, bus ride

Your trip begins and ends with gentle rapids flowing into large, calming pools. If you choose to float in a raft, you will spend the day gazing at the expansive canyon, enjoying the cool water, and paddling as much or as little as you like. If you want to attempt to captain an inflatable kayak, you'll get to know the river on a more intimate level--feeling the nuances of each rapid, seeing the canyon from the viewpoint of the birds that float on its surface. You'll also come to understand that you truly are the master of your own destiny as you attempt to navigate the river's rapids without a guide. All in all, there is a lot of laughter, daydreaming, and relaxing on every Lower Middle Fork trip.
